Louise Wagstaff established Severn People Solutions after 25 years working in a range of sectors and organisations in roles through to Director level.  A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and with a post-graduate qualification in Organisation Development and Change, Louise has many years experience of leadership and managing teams and change in the emergency services, not-for-profit and retail.
